Services
Therapists at Centered Practice provide services to children 5+, teens, and adults — individuals, as well as partners and family. They can support clients interested in brief therapy for life stage adjustments or more intensive therapy services for significant symptoms, concerns, or events that require a longer period of care.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual therapy provides a confidential space to explore challenges, gain insight, and develop healthier ways of coping with life’s stresses and transitions.
Together, you and your therapist will work toward meaningful goals that support your emotional well-being, relationships, and personal growth.
COUPLES COUNSELING
Couples therapy helps partners strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and deepen understanding of one another.
Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply want to build a stronger relationship, therapy can provide practical tools and a supportive environment for growth.
THERAPY FOR CHILDREN
Child and adolescent therapy helps young people navigate emotional, behavioral, social, and academic challenges in a supportive, age-appropriate setting.
Therapists work with children, teens, and their families to build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and promote healthy development.
