Hello! My name is Zoe Davis, and I started with Centered Practice in September 2026. I pivoted to mental health counseling after nearly a decade in K-12 and higher education, working primarily in helping roles such as career counseling, academic advising, and wellness coaching.
I am passionate about supporting young adults during times of transition, stress, decision making, and other life challenges. I draw on a variety of therapeutic techniques, including strengths-based and other humanistic theories, as well as psychoeducation to empower individuals to live the life they want to live.
I have a master’s degree in college counseling and student development, and am completing additional graduate coursework to pursue LPC/LPCC licensure through St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. I am also excited to be completing trainings in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to add to my practice in fall 2026.
I live just outside of Northfield with my husband, son, and two cats.
